ABSTRACT: Numerical Simulation With Ansys-Autodyn Is Employed To Study How Radial Decoupling Charge Influences The Blasting Effect. As Expected, The Initial Bore Hole Pressure Is Significantly Decreased Compared With The Fully Coupling Scenario. It Can Be Explained That The Wave Impedance Of Air Is Much Lower Than That Of Explosives. And Another Reason Is That Some Part Of Energy Is Consumed To Compress The Air Medium In The Bore Hole. It Offers A Potential For The Higher Energy Transferring Efficiency With Water Medium Due To Its Special Physical Feature. It Is Concluded That The Method Is A Flexible Tool For Investigating The Influences Of Radial Decoupling Charge.
